7-Year Limited Warranty

All first quality ceramic and porcelain tiles sold by Tile Bazaar are covered by a 7-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects when installed and maintained under normal residential conditions.

Warranty Conditions

Installation

Tiles must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and AS3958 (2007) — Guide to the Installation of Ceramic Tiles.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with recommended tile care practices. Failure to properly maintain the tiles will void this warranty.

Product Suitability

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine whether the selected tiles are suitable for their intended purpose and location before purchase. Professional advice should be obtained where required.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Incorrect Installation

Structural Movement

Water Damage

Normal Wear and Tear

Impact Damage

Abuse or Misuse

Lack of Maintenance

Accidental Damage

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. 1 Purchase date
  2. 2 Invoice number
  3. 3 Product code
  4. 4 Copy of purchaser identification
  1. 5 Installation date and location
  2. 6 Clear photographs of the defective tiles and the defect from multiple angles
  3. 7 Installer details and credentials
